We offer in depth training suitable for beginning through advanced students of Wu and Yang
style Tai Chi Ch'uan, Chi Kung, Visayana and Taoist Meditation. Beginners should start with either the Wu Long Form Part I and/or Spinal Chi Kung. Both together are better! The Wednesday evening Wu form class is suitable for advanced students or for those with a foundation in other
styles of Tai Chi Ch'uan. The Yang form correction seminars are suitable for those who have
studied Yang style Tai Chi Ch'uan and are taught at a depth and detail rarely found. Spinal Chi Kung - Chinese healing and meditation for back and joint problems. Practitioners of Spinal
Chi Kung get immediate benefits from this practice which is elegantly simple while having a depth and richness few movement
